High-rise Straight-fit jean in Japanese selvedge denim

Our designers are obsessed with denim—and it shows. We source denim from some of the world's most renowned mills and build our jeans to feel good from the moment you put them on. These jeans are built with 13.75-ounce 100 percent cotton, a slightly higher rise and a time-tested straight fit that's easy to wear. The selvedge denim comes to us from Japan's Kaihara, one of the largest and best-known denim makers in the world. In more than 50 years of production, Kaihara has patented machines to improve the weaving process and developed new techniques that blend American and Japanese dyeing traditions. "Selvedge" refers to the self-finished edge of a piece of fabric, a tightly woven band that keeps the hem from unraveling and fraying.
