Version 2026-10-26 · Effective October 3, 2026
Terms of Service
- These Terms are an agreement between you and Peek House LLC about using Rewear.
- Rewear is free. It may earn a commission from retailer links, and says so beside them.
- You own what you upload. You let us store and show it only to run Rewear and as you choose.
- You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Rewear is not a party to sales from listings: purchases happen on the seller's platform.
- Rewear is provided as is, and our liability is limited as set out below.
This summary is a guide; the full text below is what applies.
Rewear Reverie try-on
Rewear Reverie try-on with your photo requires consent for each use. Use only a photo of yourself alone, wearing everyday clothing, and garments you are permitted to use. You must be at least 13; under 18 a parent or guardian must agree. Do not use another person’s likeness, impersonate anyone, or create abusive or sexual content. Repeated provider refusals can pause access; contact support for review.
Rewear Reverie try-on has limits: up to 4 clothing pieces and 3 accessories in each try-on, up to 3 requests an hour and 10 a day for each member, and a daily limit across Rewear. At a limit, new requests wait or are refused until it resets. The limits are temporary and may change. Only members 18 or older may keep a default photo, and it must be a photo of themselves alone.
Rewear Reverie mannequin try-ons are open to every member and use no photo of anyone. Try-ons with your photo still need your consent and a photo of yourself alone; under 18, a parent or guardian must agree. Swimwear, underwear, sleepwear and lingerie are tried on a mannequin only. Mannequin try-ons share the limits above, and their pictures are approximations, not promises of fit.
If you choose to share a try-on picture with the Rewear team after marking it as a bad result, Rewear staff may view that picture to fix problems with try-on, until you stop sharing it and for 90 days at most. Marking a picture good or bad never gives back a try-on.
Rewear Reverie try-on pictures are approximations made from your photo, not real photographs or promises of fit. Keep the Rewear mark and do not present them as real photos when downloading or sharing after separate consent. Report misuse through the takedown form. Withdrawing consent deletes saved results and cancels queued work; copies already exported, downloaded or shared cannot be recalled.
About these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Rewear: rewear.fit, the Rewear apps, the mobile API and the Brand Portal. Rewear is operated by Peek House LLC ("Rewear", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using Rewear you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
When you create an account, and whenever you agree to a new version, the time and the versions of these Terms and the Privacy Policy are recorded with your account.
Who can use Rewear
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use Rewear only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms for you. Rewear is not directed at children under 13, and we delete accounts that belong to them.
Rewear is offered in the United States.
An account is for one person. Give accurate information, keep your password and two-factor codes to yourself, and tell us at support@rewear.fit if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You need a verified email address to use the closet.
Price and how Rewear earns
Rewear is free to use. Nothing in Rewear is paid today. We may offer optional paid features later; we will tell you before any is introduced, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.
Rewear earns from affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you buy through a retailer link. This is stated where the links are shown.
Looks labelled Styled by Rewear are made by Rewear from pieces in its catalog. When a piece has a retailer link, Rewear may earn a commission if you buy through it; it doesn't change the price.
Your closet
You decide what enters your closet. Imported pieces wait for your approval. Skipping or leaving guided setup approves nothing and discards nothing.
Rewear does not check that a retailer email or receipt is genuine or that a purchase took place. Details taken from an email or a receipt photo are suggestions that you check and can correct.
Outfit suggestions and colour guidance are produced by fixed rules over what you saved. They are not professional advice.
Rewear Reverie
Rewear Reverie is the name of Rewear's picture and reading features: try-ons, Rewear's looks shown on a mannequin, flat lays, and reading order emails and colour analysis photos. It uses Google Gemini on Google Cloud for processing, as the Privacy Policy describes.
Rewear Reverie pictures are made from photos and may differ from the real piece or person. Do not present a Rewear Reverie picture as a real photo.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you add to Rewear: photos, pieces, outfits, comments, profiles and listings.
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, copy, show and adapt your content (for example to resize, crop or re-encode a photo, or remove camera data from it), only to run Rewear and to show your content to the people you choose: yourself, friends or the public, according to your settings. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups until they expire.
Only add content you have the right to add. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
Community rules
Do not use Rewear to break the law; to harass, threaten or abuse anyone; to post hateful, sexual or violent content, or anything that sexualises minors; to impersonate anyone; to post someone else's private information; or to send spam.
Do not try to get into other accounts or parts of Rewear you are not allowed to use, get around limits or security measures, collect data from Rewear by automated means (other than through the mobile API as documented), or disrupt the service.
Sharing, reports and moderation
Outfits are private until you share them, and you choose the audience when you share: Friends or Public.
Shared outfits, comments, profiles and listings can be reported. Staff can hide or remove content that breaks these Terms or the law. The owner is told the decision and can appeal.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, or to protect members, other people or Rewear.
A suspended member can still sign in to read the reason and send one appeal, which staff review.
You can stop using Rewear at any time. You can download your data and delete your account from Settings, under Account.
Shopping and retailer links
Rewear does not sell products. A retailer link opens the retailer's own site, and any purchase is made there, under the retailer's terms.
Prices and stock shown in Rewear are recorded observations, not a live feed. Check the retailer before buying.
Pre-owned listings
Members can offer their own pieces for sale with a link to where each piece is sold. A purchase from a listing is made on that other platform, under its terms and protections.
Rewear is not a party to any sale. It takes no payment, does not inspect listed pieces, makes no claim that a piece is authentic or as described, and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. Asking prices and availability are as the member entered them.
Sellers are responsible for their listings being accurate and lawful, and for following the rules of the platform where the sale happens.
An account's first listing, and a listing with a link to a platform not on the list, are reviewed before they are shown.
Staff can remove a listing that is counterfeit or a replica, is not the member's to sell, is a recalled product, links to something other than the piece, is something the destination platform forbids, or has contact details or a payment request in it. The member is told the reason and can appeal once.
Brands
These Terms also cover the Brand Portal. If you use it for a brand, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that brand.
Brand Portal access is given after staff review a claim. Claiming a brand shows its own access conditions, and the version you accept is recorded with the claim.
Brand information you publish, such as the brand story, logos, product details and photos, must be accurate and yours to use.
Keep signing secrets and API credentials confidential. Send purchase events only for members who gave your brand permission, and keep to the documented limits. Brand reports are totals: do not try to identify members from them.
Rewear's crawler, RewearBot, reads public product pages, following robots.txt, to keep the catalog complete. A brand that manages its catalog on Rewear can turn automatic updates from crawling off in the Brand Portal; RewearBot never replaces details the brand's team or Rewear staff edited by hand, and products it finds for a managed brand are suggestions the brand accepts or declines. How it works and how to block it: /bot.
We can remove Brand Portal access that breaks these Terms or the access conditions.
Google Maps content
Rewear includes Google Maps features and content: city search and weather forecasts. Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/ and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Other services
Rewear links to and works with services we do not control, such as Google sign-in, retailers and resale platforms. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for them.
Product photos from retailers and brands
Product photos from retailers and brands, including photos printed in order emails you send to Rewear, are shown to identify products. They remain the property of their owners. We remove them on a valid request.
You may use a retailer or catalog photo with your pieces and looks in Rewear, including looks you share. You may not use one in a resale listing: listing photos must be your own.
Any signed-in member can flag a photo that shows the wrong item, is offensive or infringes copyright. Staff review flags and may remove the photo everywhere it is used.
Copyright complaints
We respond to notices of copyright infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send notices to support@rewear.fit. You can also use the takedown form at /takedown. An approved request removes the photo everywhere it is used in Rewear, and it is not downloaded again.
A notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; the copyrighted work; where the material is in Rewear (a link is best); your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
If your content is removed after a notice and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We close the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe.
Disclaimers
Rewear is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that Rewear will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.
Prices, stock, weather, suggestions, listings and content from members, brands and other services may be wrong or out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Peek House LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Rewear.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Rewear is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Some laws do not allow these exclusions or limits; where they apply, the exclusions and limits apply only as far as those laws permit.
Law and disputes
If you have a concern, contact us at support@rewear.fit first; most problems can be solved that way.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are decided by the state and federal courts located in New York, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes to these Terms
The version and effective date are at the top of this page. Before a material change takes effect, we tell you by email and in the app at least 30 days ahead. Other changes take effect when posted.
When a new version needs your agreement, the app asks for it the next time you use Rewear. Until you agree, you can still read the documents, download your data, delete your account and sign out.
General
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and any access conditions you accept in the Brand Portal, are the whole agreement between you and us about Rewear. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor operator of Rewear.
