For brands · Brand Portal
Your brand, as members own it.
The Brand Portal is where a brand manages how it appears in Rewear. It is free to use. Rewear earns from affiliate links to retailers.
Starting a claim needs a Rewear account with a verified email address. You will be asked to sign in.
What the portal does
- 01
Claim a brand
Choose your brand from the catalog, give your website, your role and a work email, and accept the access conditions shown. You can save a draft, show that you control the brand's domain with a DNS TXT record or a code emailed to an address at that domain, and test signed purchase events in a sandbox before you submit. Staff review every claim by hand; a verified domain is evidence for that review, not an approval. A brand that is not listed yet can apply to be listed in the same steps, and staff create it when they approve. You get an email when staff decide or need more proof.
Not available yet Review has no fixed turnaround time.
- 02
Brand page and products
Edit the brand story, links, logo and cover, choose what the public page shows and feature public collections. Add and edit products, variants and photos, keep drafts, archive products and import a CSV file.
Not available yet Images named by address in a CSV file are not fetched. Variant availability is a setting you keep, not live stock.
- 03
Analytics
Reports for 7, 30 and 90 days, built from totals: pieces in closets, closet additions, followers, page views and public outfit pairings, with a CSV download. Reports never contain member names, personal prices or notes.
Not available yet Purchase and revenue figures are not available.
- 04
Webhooks and purchases
Create signing credentials, test signed purchase events in a sandbox and see what was received or refused. A signed purchase receipt reaches a member's Review only when that member has given permission, and the member still approves each piece.
Not available yet Sending events to your own endpoint is not available yet. The endpoint you save is kept for later.
- 05
Affiliate links
Submit tracking link templates for a retailer program and choose which categories they cover. Staff review each link before members see it. Reports show recorded clicks.
Not available yet Orders, sales and commission figures are not available. Program sync and live retailer prices are not connected.
- 06
Team roles
Owner, Admin and Viewer roles. Owners invite teammates with a link that is valid for seven days, change roles and remove access. A Viewer can read reports and ask for edit access.
Not available yet Invitations are not sent by email. You copy the link and share it yourself.
What a brand does not see
Managing a brand never gives access to a member's closet. Brand reports are totals and contain no member names.
